1. Master Services Framework
These Terms of Enterprise Engagement govern all Statements of Work (SOW), technical consulting scopes, software engineering contracts, and AI development agreements entered into with Datalligence Pvt Ltd. Every engagement is executed under mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements and governed by clear milestone-based acceptance schedules.
2. 100% Intellectual Property Assignment & Code Escrow
Unless explicitly negotiated otherwise in writing, upon receipt of contractual milestone disbursements, Datalligence irrevocably assigns all right, title, and interest in and to all custom deliverables, code, algorithms, model architectures, and project configurations to the client. Real-time push to the client's internal repositories (GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, AWS CodeCommit) ensures zero vendor lock-in.
3. Delivery Quality & ISO 9001 Standards
All deliverables undergo peer review by our Scientific Advisory Council and Senior Enterprise Architects. Acceptance criteria are codified into automated continuous integration tests requiring minimum 85% code coverage, automated security regression scanning, and zero known high-severity vulnerabilities.
4. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms and all associated engagement contracts are governed by institutional corporate law overseen by High Court Legal Counsel Shahzaib Amjad.
